The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned what it described as the expansionist colonial occupation plans aimed at deepening and expanding settlement at the expense of the land of Palestine, by working to allocate millions of shekels to legitimize more than 70 random settlement outposts in the occupied West Bank, including creating the necessary infrastructure to link it with the large settlement blocs and linking it as a single settlement bloc to the Israeli depth. The Ministry also strongly condemned settlers’ attacks and provocative attacks against Palestinian citizens, as happened in the Tel Armida neighborhood of Hebron city against the journalist Muhannad Mustafa Qafisha, against the homes of Palestinian citizens, and what happened in the village of Adaisseh, east of Hebron recently. The Ministry called on the UN Security Council to assume its political, legal and moral responsibilities towards these crimes and called on it to stop the policy of double standards and duplication in dealing with international issues, and to implement international legitimacy decisions, especially Resolution 2334, and to hold and punish the occupying state for its grave violations of international law.
