Researcher Margaret Moore published a paper in the Journal of Theoretical Inquiries in Law entitled “Territorial Justice in Israel / Palestine” in Volume 21, Issue 2. This study examines the two dominant theories of territorial justice – one associated with justice, the other with self–determination.
