Researcher Bayan Saleh Hamad published a paper in the Journal of International Review of Law, entitled “Legal Dimension of Racial Discrimination Application Models “South Africa and Palestine”. This paper aims to clarify the state of racial discrimination in Palestine and compares it to the South African case based on international law. The racist regime that South Africa witnessed and Palestine is witnessing now is a similar system, which is one of the most repressive and politicized regimes, where the African citizens were subjected to oppression on their land by white settlers, and in Palestine, Israel also imposed the most egregious policies and laws of racial discrimination against the Palestinian people. The issue of racial discrimination in South Africa, which had lasted for more than 50 years, ended due to the great attention given by the United Nations and the sanctions imposed by the international community. Nevertheless, the Israeli occupation of Palestine continues despite all attempts to end it. To check the paper, click here
