Institute for Palestine Studies at Columbia University Center for Palestine Studies will organize an online webinar on July 14th, entitled “Systemic Racism in the US and Israel: Analogies and Disanalogies”. Professors Nadia Abu El-Haj, Johanna Fernández, Maha Nassar, and Nahla Abdo will join this webinar. The discussion will focus on the recent police violence in the United States, which sparked anti-racism protests between the United States and Israel in terms of their security motives and police practices.
