Adalah said in response to the apology of the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the family of the martyr Yaqoub Abu Al Qian, who was killed by the Israeli police, that his regret is just insincere aimed at winning internal battles by distancing himself from the crimes committed under his rule. The center asserted that the only way for justice is to bring all accomplices to justice and keep them responsible for what they did with their hands and mouths. The center added, this apology has no value, especially in light of the failure to submit indictments against all those responsible for the killing, especially since the policy of police violence against Palestinians in their various places of residence continues to this day under governmental auspices.
