Adalah’s International Advocacy Coordinator, Ms. Soheir Asaad, presented an oral intervention during the 44th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, during which she emphasized the specific case of Gaza. In addition, she stressed that Israel has created a legal “blackhole” regarding Gaza, where a policy of total impunity and lack of accountability prevails both in civil and criminal law.
