Al-Zaytouna Center for Studies and Consultations published a book entitled “How to sue Israel?: The International Prosecution of Israel and Its Leaders for Their Crimes Against the Palestinians,” by Dr. Saeed Talal Al-Dahshan. The book aims to chart the judicial path, or road map, of what is required to be done on the Palestinian, Arab, Islamic and international levels; to sue “Israel” and its leaders. The book provides a detailed assessment of the reality of international prosecution mechanisms, and examines the extent of their effectiveness on the ground.
