The Israeli Information Center for Human Rights in the Occupied Territories, B’Tselem has issued a report on Israeli policies in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Issawiya that is creating harsh living conditions in one of the poorest neighborhoods in Jerusalem. B’Tselem also described how the Israeli police has been engaged in a campaign of violations and collective punishment in this neighborhood, and how the operations are continued despite the social distancing restrictions that are imposed due to the COVID-19 crisis.
