Dr. Saeb Erekat, Secretary-General of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, said that in talks he held with heads of diplomatic missions in Palestine for China, Chile, India, South Africa, Australia, and Japan, the emphasis was placed on adhering to international legitimacy and international law, in addition to a two-state solution.
