The former Special Rapporteur of the United Nations in the Palestinian Territories, Professor “Richard Falk” has submitted observations to the International Criminal Court on the investigation of crimes committed in the Palestinian territories. He mentioned in his paper that the question of the state of Palestine has been resolved and that there is no need to delve into it since the United Nations recognized it, and that the court accepted its membership in advance, but the question must be whether it has rights and responsibilities related to the judiciary; Falk answers this affirmatively.
