The Israeli Ministry of Internal Affairs agreed to implement the 1968 clause that would make it faster and easier for Palestinian youth in East Jerusalem to obtain Israeli citizenship. This came after a legal challenge was filed before the Israeli Ministry of Interior court in this regard. And there will be about 20,000 Palestinian youths eligible to apply for Israeli citizenship.
