B’Tselem Organization, ADALAH- The Legal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Israel, Breaking the Silence Organizations, HaMoked- Center for the Defense of the Individual, IrAmim, and other organizations issued a solidarity statement with Amnesty International employee, Laith Abu Zyad, before the second hearing held by the District Court of Jerusalem. Abu Zayd has been denied exit from the West Bank since October 2019. The organizations said that his case is an example of another Israeli persecution of human rights activists, which aims at silencing critics of the Israeli regime and its policies.
