The Institute for Palestine Studies announced a book discussion for Mahmoud Mamdani’s book entitled: “Neither Settler nor Native: The Making and Unmaking of Permanent Minorities.” The discussion will be live streamed via ZOOM on February 15, 2021, at 7:00 pm, Jerusalem time.
