Next week, the Israeli occupation authorities will approve the construction of 850 settlement units in the West Bank, just days before the inauguration of the elected President Joe Biden. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu instructed the Supreme Planning Council to approve about 500 settlement units in the settlements of Itamar, Beit El, Shavei Shomron, Oranit, Givat Ze’ev, and about 250 settlement units will be approved indefinitely in Neve Nehemiah, an Israeli outpost established in 2002 on the lands of Iskaka village, east of Salfit Governorate.
