The Israeli occupation municipality has started on implementing a new phase of the high-speed railway project that penetrates the neighbourhoods of East Jerusalem. The governor of Jerusalem said that the occupation government is still practising the policies of displacement and ethnic cleansing through a package of projects aimed at besieging and displacing the people of Jerusalem, and changing the demographic and geographical character of the Holy City.
