The Higher Planning Council – the Settlement Secondary Committee – affiliated to the Occupation Administration, announced the filing of a detailed plan bearing the number 1/2/110, which consists of changing plans for basins and parcels from the lands of Ramin village, east of Tulkarm, near the settlement of “Annab” located on the land of Ramin, Beit Lid and Kafr al-Labd lands, east of the city. The plan included Basin No. 1 of Ramin lands. Palestinian anti-settlement head in northern West Bank, Ghassan Dagles, said the plan includes handing over 1,243 dunums to expand the Settlement of Annab, of which 1,000 dunums are for basins belonging to the town of Ramen and the rest to the nearby town of Beit Lid, agricultural land owned by Palestinians from the two towns.
