On May 13, Jordan has warned of Israel’s plans to annex parts of the West Bank, calling the step “catastrophic”, as the Anadolu news agency has reported. The Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi has held telephone talks with his Spanish counterpart Arancha González Laya, according to a statement by the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where the discussions touched on Palestinian developments and the economic and social impact of the coronavirus.
