Ambassador Riyad Mansour, the permanent representative of the State of Palestine to the United Nations, sent three identical letters to each of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the President of the Security Council for this month (Indonesia), and the President of the United Nations General Assembly regarding the continuing and escalating illegal policies and practices of Israel and the settlers even in light of the spread of the Covid-19, where he stressed the necessity of having consequences for the illegal annexation plan that Israel intends to implement with the support of the United States, including lawful countermeasures and sanctions against the occupying power.

Also,  Mansour stressed the urgent need to support “UNRWA” in order to enable it to continue providing its services to the Palestinian refugee community.
