The Permanent Representative of the State of Palestine to the United Nations, Ambassador Riyad Mansour, sent three identical letters to the UN Secretary-General, the President of the Security Council for this month (Russia), and the President of the United Nations General Assembly, regarding the continuation of Israel, the occupying power, its violations and attacks on the Palestinian people, consolidating their illegal colonial occupation, continuing to violate the international law, mocking the international consensus, and dismantling the two-state solution on the pre-1967 borders, with the full support and complicity of the current US administration. Mansour referred in his letters to the agreements recently signed by the US and Israel, through which the US extends its recognition and support for the illegal Israeli settlement system and the ongoing annexation attempts, in direct violation of United Nations resolutions.
