The report includes an account of the most important publications, activities and conferences related to Palestine at the local, regional, international levels. The report further covers decisions, decrees, and judicial orders affecting the Palestinian cause, whether made at the official, academic or public levels. The report aims to be a reference for monitoring, documenting and archiving the latest human rights developments related to Palestine, and to present them to individuals, researchers, study centers, and official, academic and legal institutions concerned.

Judicial decrees, decisions, positions, and orders issued by official Palestinian bodies

- Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan and Turkey condemned the storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque by the occupation army and settlers. (September 26, 2022).
- The Arab League (LAS), the Arab Parliament and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned the storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque by the Israeli occupation and settlers. (September 26, 2022).

- During the Heads of Mission of the European Union countries’ visit to the villages of Al-Tuwani and Khallet al-Dabaa in Masafer Yatta, the representative expressed their concern about the occupation forces’ increasing presence and military operations as well as their orders for demolition and military takeover. The representatives called on the Israeli authorities to fulfill their obligations as the occupying power and to stop these acts and settler violence against Palestinians. (September 28, 2022). - The Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation condemn the Israeli aggression on Jenin and underscore the necessity of providing international protection for the Palestinian people. (September 28, 2022)
- The United Nations Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process (UNSCO) affirms that the absence of a peace process aimed at ending the Israeli occupation is causing dangerous deterioration throughout the occupied Palestinian territory. - The European Union regrets the “loss of human lives” and expresses worry over the escalation of violence in Jenin following the intervention of Israeli occupation troops, which resulted in their killing of several Palestinians. (September 28, 2022). For further details, click here
- The United Nations Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process (UNSCO) for the Security Council stated that since the adoption of Resolution 2334 in December 2016, which demands Israel stop building new settlements on Palestinian land, there has been “little progress” in its implementation. - The European Union demands that the killers of child Ryan Suleiman be brought to justice. The EU stresses that children enjoy special protection under international law and that the Israeli authorities must investigate the circumstances of this incident promptly and fully in order to bring the perpetrators to justice. - On the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian Journalist, Al Mezan Center for Human Rights affirmed its support for the work of journalists and called for an end to the impunity of the perpetrators of grave violations against them. - Al Mezan Center for Human Rights said that the Israeli occupation bears full responsibility for the lives of the thirty Palestinian detainees who embarked on an open hunger strike to protest the policy of administrative detention and demand respect for the provisions of international law. - Adalah said that Israel’s cancellation of the protest permit and the demolition of a protest tent in Rahat violate Bedouin citizens’ freedom of expression. (September 27, 2022). For further details, click here
- The Palestinian Center for Human Rights condemned the occupation’s crime in Jenin camp and calls on the international community to take immediate action to stop the occupation’s crimes and end double standards in the application of international law. - Human Rights Watch said that international member states should urge Israel to rescind its designation of six Palestinian human rights organizations as “terrorists,” allowing them to carry out their work without interference, and to cease all activities that contribute to the continuation of apartheid and further oppression of the Palestinian people. - Al-Haq and Human Rights Organizations state that the international world must intervene to safeguard Palestinian human rights and demolish Israel’s apartheid government. (September 29, 2022). For further details, click here
- The Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel welcomes the addition of approximately 900 musicians from around the world to the “Musicians for Palestine” initiative in support of Palestinian rights. All of these artists are committed to the cultural boycott of the settler colonial regime and actively support the fight for Palestinian liberation. (September 28, 2022).
