The report includes an account of the most important publications, activities and conferences related to Palestine at the local, regional, international levels. The report further covers decisions, decrees, and judicial orders affecting the Palestinian cause, whether made at the official, academic or public levels. The report aims to be a reference for monitoring, documenting and archiving the latest human rights developments related to Palestine, and to present them to individuals, researchers, study centers, and official, academic and legal institutions concerned.

Judicial decrees, decisions, positions, and orders issued by official Palestinian bodies
- The head of the Commission of Detainees Affairs calls on the Israeli occupation to put an end to its revenge crimes committed against the prisoner Zakaria Zubeidi. - The Palestinian Foreign Ministry calls on all countries with relations with Israel, an occupying power, to call on them to comply with international law, resolutions of international legitimacy, and human rights principles. (October 2, 2022).For further details, click here
- Following the prison administration’s claim that there was a stabbing, the Commission of Detainees Affairs calls on the International Committee of the Red Cross to take urgent and rapid action to release the prisoners’ families detained in Ramon prison. - The Palestinian Foreign Ministry condemns the efforts exerted to enforce the coexistence formula with the occupation and Israeli settlements while accepting it as an immutable reality. (October 3, 2022). For further details, click here
- The Palestinian Minister urges the international community and all countries to hold the Israeli occupation directly responsible for the dangerous and bloody Israeli escalation and for the rise of serious violations against Palestinians’ human rights. - The Higher Committee for Jerusalem Affairs and Jerusalem Unit in the Office of the President familiarize the diplomatic missions and bodies accredited to Palestine with Israeli practices against the Palestinian curriculum in the schools in occupied Jerusalem. - The Palestinian Ministry of Information calls on the International Union of Journalists to take all possible actions to condemn the injuries of Palestine TV cameraman Loai Samhan and reporter Mohammed Fawzi. They also point out how these attacks are a part of the siege on journalists covering the Israeli aggression on Deir al-Hatab village in Nablus. - The Palestine Committee in the Arab Parliament emphasizes its support for Palestine’s right to full membership in the United Nations and to join the international organizations and charters aimed to enhance its legal and international status and reflect its sovereignty over the occupied territories. - The Palestinian Red Crescent Society calls on all state parties in Geneva Conventions to ensure that Israel, as an occupying power, respects all related provisions of these conventions and protects the implementation of its medical tasks in the Palestinian Territories. - The Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel condemns the participation of filmmakers from the Arab region in the Haifa International Film Festival and calls on them to immediately retract and withdraw their films from the festival. - The Palestinian Center for Human Rights condemns the shooting of a civilian car by the Israeli occupation forces, preventing medical assistance for the injured and leaving them to death in Al-Jalazone camp in Ramallah.
