The report further covers decisions, decrees, and judicial orders affecting the Palestinian cause, whether made at the official, academic or public levels. The report aims to be a reference for monitoring, documenting and archiving the latest human rights developments related to Palestine, and to present them to individuals, researchers, study centers, and official, academic and legal institutions concerned.

- The United Nations General Assembly’s First Committee adopts a resolution calling on Israel, the occupying Power, to disarm its nuclear weapons, which was submitted by Egypt and co-sponsored by the State of Palestine and a number of other countries.Palestine welcomes the resolution and emphasizes Israel’s responsibility in implementing IAEA inspection programs as the sole Middle Eastern nation with weapons of mass destruction. - UN Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories: Many Western States, on the other hand, are living behind a “wall of denial” over the issue, and essential rights are non-negotiable when it comes to forging a lasting peace. (October 29, 2022). For further details, clickhere
- The Gulf Cooperation Council condemns Israel’s escalation of aggression against the city of Jerusalem, as well as the intensification of the policy of forced displacement in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, Silwan, and other areas, and urges the international community to intervene in order to stop the targeting of the Palestinian presence in Jerusalem. - The Kuwaiti Cabinet/Council of Ministers condemns the continuous incursions and brutal attacks carried out by the Israeli occupation authorities on Palestinian cities. - Twenty members of the U.S Congress wrote to U.S Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, urging him to demand that Israel lift “discriminatory” travel restrictions on Palestinian Americans visiting their families in the Occupied Territories and U.S citizens criticizing Israeli government policies. - On the anniversary of the signing of the Balfour Declaration, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation reaffirmed its support for the Palestinian people’s struggle and urged the international community to “correct this historical injustice, and to shoulder its responsibilities in ending the Israeli occupation and restoring the Palestinian people’s legitimate rights.” (November 2, 2022). - The Secretary-General of the United Nations has reiterated his call for an independent and transparent investigation into the killing of Palestinian journalist Shireen Abu Akleh, for effective accountability. - Al-Haq welcomes the adoption of the Apartheid resolution against Israel’s apartheid regime over the Palestinian people by the International Federation for Human Rights. (October 30, 2022). For further details, clickhere
- Democracy for the Arab World Now (DAWN) has submitted a memorandum to the International Criminal Court (ICC) Prosecutor’s Office, requesting that the senior Israeli military lawyer Eyal Toledano be investigated for war crimes and crimes against humanity.(October 31, 2022). - The Palestinian campaign for the academic and cultural boycott of Israel renewed its call on all international artists to boycott the Israeli “Jerusalem International Oud Festival” (between November 3rd and 12th, 2022), which is sponsored by the “Confederation House, the Israeli Ministry of Culture and Sports and the so-called colonial municipality of Jerusalem, and called on them to withdraw immediately.(November 1, 2022). - The Palestinian Center and Al Mezan Center for Human Rights condemned the Israeli occupation’s arrest of four fishermen, including a child, and renewed their call on the international community to work to lift the blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip. - The Palestinian Center for Human Rights condemned the Israeli crime of killing two civilians, one of whom was a child, in Jenin. The center renewed its call on the international community to stop double standards in the application of international law, and in particular, called on the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to work seriously on the Palestinian situation. - Al-Haq and Forensic Architecture presented a criminal investigation into the killing of Shireen Abu Aqleh to the International Criminal Court, where their findings demonstrated that Israel’s report on the incident was purposefully false and misleading, that the fatal shooting was carried out by an occupation soldier inside a military vehicle, and that Shireen was denied medical care and assistance after she was shot.(November 3, 2022).For further details, clickhere
