The seminar will address a number of issues related to the right of return, most notably the systematic denial of this right through a range of laws and policies that prevent Palestinian refugees from returning to and residing in the homes and lands they or their ancestors were forced to leave. It will also discuss the arguments made in the Article 15 Communication to the International Criminal Court on the denial of the Palestinian right to return as a crime against humanity. In addition, the speakers will address historical and current patterns of violations of the right to return that may be brought to the Office of the Prosecutor. To register, click here.
