Palestinian-American researcher Noura Erakat published a study “Justice for some: Law and the Question of Palestine.”, presented a historical picture of the international law on the Palestinian issue since the beginning of the mandate.
Then move on Israel’s attempt to use the law and manipulate it in its favor.
