Palestinian Health Minister, Mai al-Kaila, said that Israel is violating international law and international humanitarian law, specifically the Fourth Geneva Convention and its protocols, by preventing patients, especially cancer patients, in the Gaza Strip from accessing treatment in hospitals outside the Strip since the last aggression.
