The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned what it described as a massacre committed by Israel against Khirbet Hamsa al-Fawqa in the northern Jordan Valley, and called it a war crime and a crime against humanity. The ministry emphasised the dire need to hold Israel the “state of apartheid” internationally accountable, and added that such ‘acts of terrorism’ come as a result of the absence of international deterrent sanctions.
