The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Riyad al-Maliki, said that the Israeli authorities exploit the hardship of countries by extorting them politically through distributing COVID-19 vaccines, in return for getting political favours, which include moving and opening diplomatic missions in the occupied city of Jerusalem.
