Palestinian Prime Minister, Mohammad Shtayyeh, held the Israeli government responsible for the settler attacks on al-Aqsa mosque. Shtayyeh condemned racist slogans chanted by the settlers against Jerusalemites and the occupation’s attempts to obliterate the identity of Jerusalem. The Prime Minister said: “Israeli  actions against the people in Jerusalem, the siege of Gaza and the settlers’ ongoing attacks amount to war crimes.
