The Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPSMO) held the Israeli occupation fully responsible for the life of the 37-year-old prisoner Imad Sweirka, from Jericho, who has been on a hunger strike for 53-consecutive days, rejecting his administrative detention. The Palestinian Prisoner Society, in its statement, called on all relevant authorities and international Human Rights institutions to exert pressure on the occupation to release Sweirka, and to end his administrative detention immediately. The Israeli authorities still carry out administrative detention on a large scale against the Palestinian people. For further details, click here.
