The President of the 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly, the Turkish diplomat, Volkan Bozkir, said that the Palestinian people have suffered for many decades and that all they are currently seeking is to live in peace in a sovereign state. Bozkir stressed, in statements he made at his first press conference as President of the United Nations General Assembly at the headquarters of the United Nations in New York, that achieving peace between the Palestinians and Israel requires achieving several things, including finding a permanent and just solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, based on the bilateral negotiations based on the vision of establishing Two states living side by side in peace, security, and recognized borders, following the relevant international resolutions.
