Researcher Bouabellah Bin Saida published his dissertation to obtain a PhD in Common Law, specialized in international law and Public Relation from Benyoucef Benkhedda University in Algeria, titled ” Israeli Settlement in Palestine under the provision of international law”. Bin Saida discussed in his research various topics related to Israeli settlements in Palestine, such as: the legal status and implications of Israeli settlements, as well as the international efforts to reach a peaceful solution. Bin Saida gave several recommendations at the end of his dissertation regarding the two-state solution, and the lack of commitment by Israel to its obligations. Finally, the researcher ended his paper with a group of conclusions; one of which is the fact that Israeli settlements are unique and unprecedented; as Israel is considered a borderless state.
