Researcher Lynn Welchman publishes a book titled “Al-Haq: A Global History of the First Palestinian Human Rights Organization.” Al-Haq was one of the first Palestinian human rights organizations to be established both within the country and the Arab world. They adopted methodologies in law and practice that were advanced at the time and helped establish the foundation of the human rights work we see today.
