Saeb Erekat, Secretary-General of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, said that the Palestinian Authority is facing a destructive plan and the UAE-Israel normalization agreement is part of it which aims to find alternatives to the PA.

Erekat pointed out – during a private meeting in the first session of the ninth annual conference of the Palestinian Center for Policy Research and Strategic Studies (Masarat), entitled “Palestine after Trump’s vision .. What to do?” – that President Mahmoud Abbas asserted beyond any doubt that he would not accept the deal of the century, stressing that the Palestinian Authority had succeeded with its steadfastness in stopping the Israeli annexation plan until the UAE-Israel agreement came to constitute a strong blow planned by Jared Kushner.
