Saleh Raafat, a member of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, expressed his rejection and denunciation of the position of the Council of Arab Foreign Ministers not to approve the Palestinian draft resolution condemning the US-Israeli-UAE tripartite agreement to normalize the Emirati relations with Israel before Israel ends its occupation of the Palestinian lands.
