Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh revealed the details of his contacts with banks regarding their procedures related to freezing the accounts of Palestinian prisoners, noting that an agreement had been reached with the banks in this regard. He said in a statement via “Facebook”, that the agreement provides for the freezing of any action regarding the prisoners’ accounts with banks after the Israeli threat to take measures against them.
