The Human Rights and Civil Society Department of the Palestine Liberation Organization called on the international community and its bodies to break their silence against the occupation crimes committed against Palestinian and Arab prisoners and put an end to the violations committed against them, especially the policy of medical negligence, which has become a tool for the occupation authorities to follow a policy of slow killing. The department said in a statement, “The systematic killing policy against the prisoners led to the martyrdom of the captive Dawood Al-Khatib (45 years) from Bethlehem, who has been detained since 2002, he was sentenced to eighteen years in prison, which ends after four months, during which he was subjected to a policy of medical negligence.
