The State of Palestine was unanimously elected as a member of the Executive Office of the International Criminal Court (ICC) for the second time in a row, during the meetings of the member states of the Court. The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Riyad Al-Malki, affirmed that the presence of the State of Palestine in the advanced position of the international system, including the international justice system, is an expression of its role and its adherence to upholding the principles of international law, rejecting immunity for criminals, preserving international law and the international system, and contributes to consolidating the status of the State of Palestine among nations and peoples.
