The Independent Commission for Human Rights (ICHR) “Ombudsman’s Office”, issued a special report on (Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip exacerbates the water and sanitation crisis). The report highlights the right to water in accordance with international human rights and humanitarian law, including the criteria required for the realization of this right such as availability, quality and accessibility. It also highlights the reality of the right to water and sanitation in light of the aggression on the Gaza Strip and reviews the reality of these services as accumulated crises caused by the occupation and its siege. In addition to how the Israeli aggression confiscated the Palestinians’ right to water and sanitation through the violations committed by the occupation forces during and before the aggression.
