The Institute for Middle East Understanding, United States of America, issued its annual review of the situation in Palestine. The most prominent highlights mentioned in the report include: More than 100 Palestinians were killed by the Israeli forces over the past year – 2019, including dozens of children.
In addition, at least 15,000 Palestinians were injured in the occupied territories. The report documented hundreds of cases of home demolitions and displacement of families, as well as the significant expansion of settlements.
The report also documented the presence of approximately 5,000 Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons, in addition to monitoring the increase in settler violence towards Palestinians.
