The Speaker of the Israeli Knesset, Yariv Levin, declared that the annexation if it occurred, would not be contrary to the Israeli-Emirati agreement, as the agreement “did not stipulate the cessation of the annexation.” He also announced the start of a new wave of settlement building that does not differentiate between building inside settlement blocs and building outside.
