The Israeli Public Prosecution indicted three Israelis for assaulting Palestinians near the village of Ni’lin in the West Bank during the annual olive harvest season. The three Israelis attacked a Palestinian family that arrived on their land on October 13th to pick olives, after the family obtained approval from the Israeli side; because their land is located inside the security fence. The assailants were an adult with the company of two minors, they were charged with aggravated assault. According to the indictment, they “threw large stones at farmers from two to three meters away,” resulting in the injury of several Palestinians. The prosecution said that one of the stones hit a 71-year-old Palestinian in the head, causing him to bleed. To check the news, click here
