The Palestinian National Committee for Education and Culture issued a fact sheet entitled (Israeli racial discrimination in the educational, cultural, and scientific fields: Jerusalem as a modle). the fact sheet has pointed out the racial discrimination in the allocation of resources and the provision of services between Palestinians and Israelis, as one of the most prominent aspects of the racial discrimination system adopted by the Israeli occupation authorities in Jerusalem.
