The Palestinian Prisoners Club held the Israeli occupation authorities fully responsible for the life of the prisoner Ramez al-Lahham (24 years), from Bethlehem, who suffers from a deteriorating health condition. The Prisoner’s Club stated that the prisoner Al-Lahham, who has been administratively detained for 18 months, suffered a health problem three days ago in the “Negev Desert” prison, which led to him losing consciousness and suffering convulsions. The Prisoner’s Club called on all the competent authorities, especially the International Committee of the Red Cross, to intervene to end the suffering of the prisoner Al-Lahham and all his sick companions, and to guarantee their right to the necessary treatment for them in a timely manner, as according to the follow-up, the sick cases among the prisoners are increasing, especially among the prisoners who spent many years in captivity.
