The Palestinian Authority envoy to the United Nations, Riyad Mansour, asked UN Secretary-General António Guterres to halt Israel’s plan for annexing large areas of the occupied West Bank. Mansour spoke to Guterres asking him to make every effort in order to prevent Israel from carrying out its plan.
