The Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva announced its intention to discuss a PhD thesis titled “Between recognition and refusal: encountering law through Bedouin land rights in Palestine / Israel”, on December 16, 2020. Doctoral researcher in international law Maya Avis will discuss the PhD thesis, while the discussion will be chaired by Prof. Mr. Riccardo Bocc, and in the presence of 3 other professors.
