Under the editorship of Nimer Sultany, the peer-reviewed Palestine Yearbook of International Law (2022) published its 23rd volume. The yearbook serves as a valuable resource for those seeking comprehensive research on Palestine and approaches to international law.
The new volume explores various topics such as international criminal law and Palestine, Palestine and human rights discourse, and Sahrawi and Palestinian liberation under the framework of the international law of nationalism. Additionally, the new volume includes essays on the criminalization of BDS in France in light of EU Law.
This volume was published in cooperation with the Birzeit University Institute of Law along with a number of scholars, including Omar Yousef Shehabi, Luisa Giannini, Michelle Staggs Kelsall, Sara Razai, Lama Karame, Diana Buttu, and Lori Allen.
