The member of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, Dr. Hanan Ashrawi, considered the United States to label products made in illegal Israeli settlements and in all areas classified “C” as “made in Israel” or “Israeli products” with the flawed and illegal provocative policy. Ashrawi stressed that this illegal procedure is considered an actual recognition of Israel’s implementation of the annexation plan, which seeks to acquire 60% of the West Bank’s lands, and that this decision works to legitimize the plunder of Palestinian lands and their resources in an approved and severe challenge to the basic principles of international law.
