The Institute for Palestine Studies held a webinar on the implications of the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court on the West Bank and Gaza hosting Professor Rashid Khalidi, former United Nations rapporteur Richard Falk, the attorney of the Center for Constitutional Rights Catherine Gallagher, and others. The webinar dealt with the legal and political implications of the decision of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to open its investigation into the situation in Palestine. The speakers raised number of issues, one of which was whether this decision constituted recognition of Palestinian sovereignty over the occupied territories in 1967. For  further details, click here
