J Street stated in a press release that Israel is legally and morally obligated to work with the Palestinian authorities to ensure that all residents of the territories it governs have access to the necessary medical services, following Article 56 of the Fourth Geneva Convention. J Street urged both the Israeli government and the Palestinian Authority to coordinate to ensure access to and availability of vaccines for all residents of the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
