The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned in the strongest terms the approval by the Civil Administration of the Israeli army on settlement projects in the West Bank, including occupied East Jerusalem, as these projects aim to link the “Binyamin” settlement bloc located in Ramallah area with occupied Jerusalem.  it also includes the construction of a highway between the area Industrial Zone “Binyamin” with the industrial zone of Atarot in northern Jerusalem.
